Factory, Testing & Quality
VSNDT manufactures industrial borescopes and video inspection systems at our factory and R&D center in Songshan Lake Science Park, Dongguan. Our manufacturing focus is repeatable assembly, controlled testing and clear communication for OEM and distributor programs.
Product requirements are translated into probe, articulation, illumination, display and mechanical specifications before samples and production planning.
We build rigid, semi-rigid and articulating probe configurations, with attention to camera alignment, insertion-tube handling and repeatable assembly.
Camera heads, articulation mechanisms, light sources, monitors, batteries, recording functions and accessories are integrated into a complete inspection system.
Units are checked for image performance, articulation, illumination, controls and overall function before final packing.
Quality is built into the process rather than added only at shipment. Control points can include:
